NEW YORK (Reuters Health) May 02 - Ocular complications were identified in two thirds of patients with uveitis associated with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), who were seen at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, over a 10-year period. The researchers also found that a short period between JIA diagnosis and the development of uveitis was significantly associated with ocular complications.
